Academic Scholarships

Academic Scholarships (Year 7)
These scholarships are open to all students (including those students already attending Scots Primary as well as those not currently enrolled at Scots) for entrance in Year 7.

Students should be able to demonstrate a high level of achievement in major curriculum areas and possess all round ability.

Academic Scholarships will be awarded primarily on the basis of the ACER Scholarship Examination results.

Academic Scholarships (Years 9 & 11)
These scholarships are open to all students currently enrolled at Scots in Years 8 & 10, as well as those seeking to commence at Scots in Years 9 & 11.

Academic Entrance Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of application, interview, CV and ACER Scholarship Examination results.

Note:
Students who are awarded Scholarships are subject to an interim review at the end of the first year and then more formal reviews (usually at the end of Years 8 and/or Year 10) as appropriate. 

Subsequent renewal of the scholarship is subject to the satisfactory review of a student’s academic application, effort, attitude and involvement.
