Students who fulfil the Isolated Student criteria are eligible to apply for bursaries, although from time to time Special Bursaries are awarded where special circumstances apply.

All students applying for bursaries are required to sit the ACER Scholarship Examination.

Isolated Children Bursaries
Open to students applying for entry into Years 7, 9 & 11 as well as students who are currently enrolled at Scots in Years 6, 8 & 10.

Special Bursaries
Open to students applying for entry into Years 7, 9 & 11 as well as students who are currently enrolled at Scots in Years 6, 8 & 10.

Special bursaries may also be awarded where special or unforeseen circumstances apply. A confidential submission to the Principal is required.

Students wishing to apply for Bursaries should contact the School to receive application forms.  All written applications must be accompanied by a full CV.

All Bursary application forms should be completed and returned to The Enrolments Officer Mrs Robyn Smith

Note: Students who are awarded Scholarships and Isolated Bursaries are subject to an interim review at the end of the first year and then more formal reviews (usually at the end of Years 8 and/or Year 10) as appropriate. 

Subsequent renewal of the scholarship / bursary is subject to the satisfactory review of a student’s academic application, effort, attitude and involvement.
