Open Day & Information Afternoon
We extend a warm invitation for you to see for yourself how The Scots School Albury can broaden your child’s education...
In addition to the individual tours available throughout the year, an annual Open Day is held on campus at The Scots School Albury during May (for 2010 - Friday 7th May), along with an Information Afternoon in October (for 2010 - Friday 22nd October).
The two main objectives of the Open Day and Information Afternoon are to provide a suitable forum for open dialogue about schooling at Scots, and to allow parents and prospective students to gain a more comprehensive “working” impression of our school's facilities and culture.
The Annual Open Day is held on the afternoon prior to Scholarships Testing Day, to better accommodate those prospective families who may be travelling some distance for the Scholarship Exam.
The Open Day and Information Afternoon enable visitors to:
- Engage in individual tours of the school’s facilities
- Meet with the Principal or Head of Primary as well as staff and students
- Experience the culture of the school first hand
- Discuss scholarship opportunities
- Explore schooling options
Staff members are also on hand to discuss the NSW Board of Studies K-12 curriculum, pastoral care, enrolment procedures, sport, the arts, outdoor education, scholarships, fee structures and the Vision of the School.
We look forward to seeing you at one of these events!
