Location

Located on the New South Wales/Victorian border, and separated by the mighty Murray River, the twin cities of Albury Wodonga form an epicentre between the two States and The Scots School Albury is an integral part of this community. Our Campus in Perry Street Albury, is a short walk from the main commercial centre of the town, and within easy reach of regional community, cultural and sporting facilities.

Albury and Wodonga are easily accessible from all major capital cities and regional centres through a comprehensive network of road, rail and air facilities. Albury’s railway station and regional airport, with connecting flights to all capital cities, are located within easy reach of the School. We are located just off the Hume Highway, which is the main arterial route between Melbourne and Sydney. Driving time to Melbourne from Albury is approximately 3 hours, Sydney 6 hours and Canberra 3 1/2 hours.

The magnificent Murray River flows between Albury and Wodonga and the Hume Weir is located upstream, a short drive from Albury. In addition, the major Victorian snowfields of Falls Creek and Mt Hotham are easily accessible by road (1-2 hours) to the south-east of the twin cities.
