2010 Scholarships

During Term 2 we commenced the process of awarding the 2010 Scholarships. These are awarded to students in three categories: Academic, Music and Boarding.

This year I interviewed all candidates and enjoyed meeting and assessing them.  I congratulate them for their attention to detail, the outstanding manner in which they presented themselves and their confident approach to the process.

Scholarship places are reviewed annually and each student is asked to evaluate their own performance in the Scots community. This process of review allows students and their families to reflect upon their contribution to the School.

I consider a scholarship to be a gift and I expect recipients to be active and committed members of our community, who contribute to the School with unfailing enthusiasm, proving themselves worthy of the trust placed in them.
