2010 Country Fair Planning Meeting

This is to notify you of the first Formation/Planning meeting to discuss arrangements for the Scots Fair to be held September 18^th 2010.

We want you! From Infants and Primary right through to Secondary Day and Boarding families as well as friends of Scots! Please come along and make this fundraiser a great success for 2010!

• Venue: Stephens Centre
• Invitation: To the whole School community (and friends)
• Bring: Your idea's and your support!

Now that we have arranged the new date and timing of the event, it's now time for the School community to start the planning process.

It is my intention to open up all positions (mine included) for the co-ordination of stalls, keeping in mind some of those stall holders have already committed, whilst some have retired after a long service to the School.

Due to the new format (it will be a Spring time evening event) as an example of the sort of input required - items for sale such as water pistols can be substituted for glow sticks.

So please come along and share your new ideas, or suggestions about improvements that could be made to current great ideas (such as the Dash-for-Cash which was the new item this year).
