The Online School Calendar

This article describes how the website will be used as an exciting communications tool to keep you informed as to what is going on at the School throughout the year, through the online Subscriptions function (don't worry - it's free!)

The Term 4 Calendar is now online and all events can be viewed once you are logged in.  In order to be notified of subsequent changes made to events on the Calendar throughout the term, you will need to check your Subscriptions to ensure that updates can be automatically sent to you.

To manage your subscriptions:

• Login to the website.
• Click on the Notifications tab (on your account)
• Click on Subscriptions
• For Content Type - Event check that the status is Active
• If it is Inactive, click on Operations/Edit, change the status to Active and click on Save (you may also change the frequency and method of notification in this area).

This will ensure that an automatic notification is generated to your email if a change is made to events on the Calendar.

You may print a copy of the online Calendar by selecting the Print Page option that appears in the top RH corner when you are viewing the Calendar.  When changes occur you can then easily update your copy.

This term will also be the final term that we will be providing a copy of the paper fold out calendar.  All events will be managed online in this manner from 2010, in order to keep your more effectively updated about important School-related information throughout the year.
