Preschool Educator

Casual position commencing Term 2 2018

Scots Preschool is a single unit community based Preschool, set in the grounds of The Scots School Albury.  Our Preschool gives your child space and opportunity to learn and explore – through free play, directed activities and during interactions with other children and adults. You will see the Early Years Learning Framework in practice – each day, teachers set up the environment to reflect children’s interests and needs.

The Preschool implements the Early Years Learning Framework and is candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) which involves children aged from 3 years old (Preschool) through to 12 years old (Year 6). We are pursuing authorisation to become an IB World School.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

  • Qualifications in First Aid, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis
