• Moved to Albury with wife Lynne in 1987 to raise Emily (Class of '07) and James (Class of '09)
• Worked in family financial practice in Albury, taking over the business in 1992

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Educated at Scotch College, Melbourne as a boarder
• On leaving school commenced farming career on the family property north of Melbourne
• Presently farming west of Corowa, breeding Hereford cattle and growing cereal crops
• Member of the Corowa Uniting Church
• Member of the Australasian Hereford Society since 1973
