Junior Sport
Students at Scots are provided with an abundance of playing fields (both grass and all weather) that accommodate a variety of sporting activities on site, which will be further enhanced with the establishment of the new Indoor Sports Centre.
Participation in the local Primary Schools Sports Association (P.S.S.A) and affiliation with the Border Independent Primary Schools Association (B.I.P.S.A) provide a range of opportunities for our students to compete with schools and sporting clubs from across the region in football, netball, soccer, athletics, cross country and swimming.
Involvement in representative sport is available for talented students at Scots in various sporting pursuits through the Riverina Associated Schools (R.A.S) and the NSW Combined Independent Schools (C.I.S). Scots students have performed at elite level in Australian Rules football, soccer, swimming, athletics, cross country and triathlon.
At Scots, sporting involvement is available in the areas of Australian Rules football, basketball, cricket, hockey, netball, soccer, softball and teeball. In addition, Annual Inter House Sporting Carnivals at both primary and secondary levels are held in athletics, swimming and cross-country.
