The following forms can be found on Parent Lounge and are to be completed and returned to the Head of Boys/Girls Boarding at the commencement of each year:

• Boarders Medical Information (completed online via Parent Lounge)
• Boarding Student Behaviour Contract  
• Boarding Room Condition and Damage Agreement  
• Approved Visitors List
• Digital Citizenship and Acceptable Use Policy  
• Permission to drive and/or be a passenger (optional)
