Career Opportunities

The Scots School Albury places our young people at the centre of their educational experience by providing challenges and opportunities that enable them to flourish as individuals, with others, and within the broader community.  Our foundation as a traditional, yet modern place of education ensures our students gain from our experience and history through innovative pedagogy inspired by best practice.

Principal

The Board of The Scots School Albury seeks to appoint its next Principal who will build on an exciting period of renewal and growth for the School. We started this year with a healthy enrolment of 686 day and boarding students, cementing our plans for the next phase in realising our strategic goals.

We are poised to begin work on building two major new learning spaces, reflecting our commitment to educational excellence. We are passionate about providing every student with outstanding learning opportunities that are focused on their futures, in an environment in which they are truly known. Our dedicated and energetic staff offer high quality teaching that supports our students through a breadth of academic options, a rich co-curricular life and well-developed wellbeing programs. Our students from Pre-school to Year 12 enjoy 11 hectares of lovely grounds and modern facilities, located close to the centre of Albury. Scots upholds the Christian values and inclusivity of the Uniting Church.

Albury and nearby Wodonga are thriving and expanding, offering a wonderful place to live and a great sense of community. The School lies at their heart, and we are committed to being the school of choice in our region. We have families who are new to the area and families with a long tradition of attending Scots. We value the richness and diversity that a growing and changing region brings to our school.

The Board is seeking a well-rounded, future-focused educator to lead Scots, forging deep relationships of trust with our students, families, staff, and alumni, supporting our continued growth, enhancing our educational agenda, and nurturing the development of our people.
